Before adjusting the manual adjusting screw from the first time or when there is no input current to the valve due to electrical malfunction or some other reason, you can control pump pressure and flow rate by rotating the manual adjusting screw. Naturally, the manual adjusting screw should be returned entirely to its original position and secured with the lock nut.
